60 Minute Evaluation (All New Clients Must Complete This Evaluation)

This is an hour-long assessment that includes your set up, rotation of the hips/pelvis, torso rotation, lower body mobility and single leg balance, shoulder mobility, wrist, neck and forearm movement. Your core and breathing will be assessed to see if there are any restrictions in your rotation that we can address. You will leave with exercises that you can do at home and as well before you play! This is the first step in incorporating fitness into your golf game to maximize power, reduce injuries and feel better playing! 

2 Month Training Programs:

Please note: you will need to complete the 60 minute fitness assessment prior to signing up for one of the options below.

1:1 Personal Training or 1:1 Sport Specific Training or 1:1 Weightlifting/Powerlifting

  • 8 Hours, $600

  • 16 Hours, $1120

Nutrition Coaching

  • Two Months, $250

Individual Training Sessions:

1:1 Personal Training or 1:1 Sport Specific Training or 1:1 Weightlifting/Powerlifting

  • 30 Minutes, $55

  • 45 Minutes, $70

  • 60 Minutes, $80

Nutrition

  • One Month, $125
