My goal is to help individuals become allies with their bodies, increasing awareness to tackle life's challenges. I work with clients from ages 12 to 90+, emphasizing that fitness has no age limit. With nearly 20 years of experience in strength and conditioning, personal training and group coaching, this is my life’s passion! You are in trusted and caring hands when you work with me.
